GE Appliances Earns 2024 Great Place to Work Certification

GE Appliances has been Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for the third time, receiving the prestigious award that is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience. Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

This year, 76% of employees said GE Appliances is a great place to work – beating the national average of 57% for a typical U.S.-based company by 19 percentage points. Results also showed 82% of employees said they felt welcome upon joining the company. 81% are proud to tell others they work here and feel good about the ways we contribute to the community.
