Meet Heather Collins . . . a mom, student, and manufacturing leader at GE Appliances. Heather started on the assembly line 12 years ago and worked her way up into a leadership role. Today, she is responsible for Ieading a team that builds high-end Cafe and Monogram dishwashers. She recently worked on design and successful launch of these new assembly lines. When she's not at GE Appliances or at home, she is working to finish her degree and encouraging her daughter to consider an engineering career in manufacturing.
